The problem wasn't the tools. It was that they didn't work together.
I kept seeing the same problem with local businesses: they either had an outdated website that wasn't doing much for them, or they were paying different companies for a website, booking software, marketing tools, CRM, hosting and support.
Even when all of those tools were good individually, they often didn't work together.
That's why I started WebWorkBay.
The goal was simple: give a business one place to get the website and systems it actually needs, then take care of the technical side so the owner doesn't have to.
Today, that means building websites that are connected to things like lead capture, booking, customer follow-up, reviews and CRM — depending on what that particular business needs.
